FAQs

Question: My dancer just completed their Sophomore year of High School and is entering their Junior year in September (Class of 2028). Are they eligible?

Question: My dancer just graduated High School (Class of 2026) and will be attending College this fall. Which category should they apply under?

Question: My dancer has previously competed in trad set and ceili at the Oireachtas but not a solo. Are they eligible?
Answer: Yes, the scholarship is open to dancers who have previously competed at an Oireachtas in any competition, not just solo dancers, provided they plan to attend the 2026 MARO and meet all other scholarship requirements.
